About
AboutSachin.
This website has seen so many iterations - I am rather proud of my persistence with it. 12 year-old Sachin had no idea what he was starting when he came up with the idea.
This website now sits as my portfolio showcase for all of my projects. From personal endeavours to university work to professional pursuits, this is where you can get the clearest view of what I do. There are also relics from the old site called Random Reviews, where I would critically analyse the existence of life’s most essential and by-no-means review-worthy items. Classics included Water Review, Toilet Review and my cover of You Suffer by Napalm Death - a 1.3-second song, making it the shortest in existence.

History of FunkySachin.com
It started as a fake sponsor for a Year 6 school council campaign.
This website first came into existence in 2014, introduced as the ‘sponsor’ to my Year 6 school council campaign (which I didn’t even win). Despite democracy’s failure in getting me a seat on the council, a working FunkySachin.com came to life soon thereafter. For the next few years, I published articles reviewing technology, films and nerf guns.
Somewhere between being 13 and 14 and somehow hundreds of pageviews later, school priorities took over and FunkySachin.com was taken off the internet. However, when at home in 2022 suffering from the flu with plenty of time on my hands, I thought it was time to bring back this fantastic part of my life.
It’s seen a few iterations since 2022, but what you’re looking at now is a post-university portfolio — a showcase of everything I’m capable of in my professional life.
